Judge Torres thinks he's very smart but he likes to ask the same question different ways until he gets the answer he's looking for. He irrationally use this kind of testimony to deny your case. Think before answering. Example ALJ "The medication helps, right?" Claimant "It helps with the pain, but I can't focus on it." ALJ "Oh, I see, your pain is resolved with the medications." Claimant "Yes, but..." Denied. He will also amend the onset date or issue a closed period whenever he feels like it. He doesn't care about you, he will be nice at the Hearing but he is the one that is not credible. Hope you get a different judge. And get Quikaid to help you present your case.
