This judge denied claim from his own personal biaises. He should be barred from appealing SDDI cases. He calls claimants, drug addicts, lazy, and basely ignores his own witnesses information. A approval rate of 33 for people how have worked hard, and paid into the Social Security system what a joke. I will definitely be appealing his very predjuice, and bias decision in my SSDI case. He should be barred from practicing law!!!!!! Shame on you Judge Ken. B. Terry.

Judge Terry approval rate is crawling up slowly, I know there are people like me who are really and truly disabled who were wrongly denied their benefits. Why did we allow for his kind to even have a $100,000 + a year job!?!?
