One of the most unfair judges in the system. He finds interesting ways to deny.

how can they not see this man is unfair

As an attorney, I have been in front of a proximally 200 different judges. Judge Prothro is the worst judge I have ever presented cases to. The government should be embarrassed to allow a man with a personal agenda to deny valid claims to have his job.
