This judge was biased against me and cherry-picked my medical records and flat out fabricated evidence. He is also grossly incompetent and probably a racist. I wasn't sure if I was entitled to benefits until after this jerk denied me. Seeing that he had to fabricate things to deny me showed me that I was in fact entitled to the benefits and he was determined to deny me regardless of the facts. I persisted in my appeals and was finally awarded the benefits after his decisions were overturned twice and I had a hearing before an impartial judge. It is an awful shame that he is allowed to make decisions that seriously affect people's lives. I hope this unethical "judge" just retires soon because claimants will continue to be treated unfairly and denied benefits they're entitled to.
