This judge is very strange. He sets up his camera so you can't see his face behind his monitor. He'll write decisions (loudly typing) during the Hearing. He'll tell the rep he's going off the record and giving them time to find specific pages in the record to support disability. Will leave his office, get lunch, come back and eat his breakfast / lunch during the Hearing. Writes horrible, short decisions.
