this judge has below averages statewide and nationally for approvals. In his denial of my case, he showed a lack of listening skills when I addressed why I could not get medical care for several years. When he learned about me losing custody of my children and getting contempt charges in Cape May County for sending emails to my ex wanting to see my children, he pressed me on the issue and changed his demeanor. For 3 years combined, I was in jail or lost insurance which he was told yet he repeatedly claimed in his denial that I didn't get treatment or medical care. I repeatedly said that United Healthcare (oBamacare) repeatedly denied the meds I am prescribed and all the specialists that I need do not accept this insurance. This judge already had his mind made up it seems. He also said little weight was given to my psychiatrist whom I have seen for over 2 and a half years and the longest doctor I have ever seen. He dismissed PROFESSIONAL opinions and when Pond Lehocky requested more time to allow my recent mris, cat scans, and xrays to be read, the judge declined. Its obvious from his record, this judge is a kiss ass to Social Security Admin in that he is like the insurance industry...deny deny deny! His record says it all. He doesn't listen. He doesn't know how the healthcare industry and the mental health industry work! A disability judge should know these things. I adamantly appealed to the Governor and appeals but it seems SSA likes this guy denying and dismissing about 70 percent of his cases.
