Judge Eckert is a very fair judge. He explains everything to the claimant asks the rep if there are any admin issues then has the rep start the questioning. If you question the claimant about specific limitations based on the medical evidence he wont have much follow up questions. He does a few hypos at the end and usually adds a assuming I find the claimant fully credible regarding the severity of his conditions would there be any jobs available for this person Very respectful smart and thorough judge.

I was so nervous, my anxiety was through the roof. My representative at Quikaid had done many Hearings with this judge and really calmed me down. I am stunned at how well prepared I was! The Hearing went exactly how they told me it would and I was finally approved. After 4 painful years, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Bless you Judge Eckert and thank you Quikaid!
