I owe Judge Driscoll and Aata Laurel an extraordinary "Thank You" for my 'Fully Favorable' ruling on my case...12/10/2015, date of ruling...I worked in Boston @Gillette Corp for 25 years, and as a Long Shoreman for 8 years...34 total...up until 2009, when Charcot disease took over mine and my families lives up until now...My right leg has been amputated, and the left one may also be gone soon...myself, my wife, and daughter, owe Judge Driscoll and his office a great deal of gratitude...I've worked hard all my life, and am now in financial ruin...thank God I have some federal financial assistance coming soon, hopefully...
