My Mother had this judge Benjamin Chaykin this past Wednesday at her hearing. Her lawyer told her to expect a denial. I was so upset for her. I was mad at him and our Lawyer for not allowing me to voice my opinion. My mother has been caring for my disabled brother who doesn't walk or move for over 25 years. Part of why her back and body is so bad carrying him all those years and a nervous wreck with panic attacks, depression. She crys a lot in her room and i know its killing her that she cant help my brother anymore. My mom said don't be upset with the judge. He was really nice. Asked me a lot of questions. It isn't his fault my doctor didn't do what he was supposed to and send better medical notes. My mom felt good about Judge CHAYKIN was doing what he was supposed to do and God has his reasons for things. So I felt the need to post be blessed if you do get this judge, even though it wasn't good for my Mom. If the doctor explained better in his medical notes she wouldn't have a negative outcome.
