4. There are no costs to our service unless you are awarded benefits. We do not charge any "upfront" fees or any fees if your claim is not successful. Accordingly, we are highly-motivated - like you - to win your case. In addition, and importantly, we have a policy of paying to obtain your medical records! This generally amounts to between $20 and $250 in costs we incur out-of-pocket on your behalf. We are often asked why we do this (as very few firms do). Our answer is simple: we believe it is the right thing to do. It increases the likelihood you are awarded benefits because we have your medical records available to us in a timely manner and can therefore communicate the complete picture to SSA. We also believe this commitment to our clients demonstrates the respect we have for you during this challenging time. We recognize that you may not be in a strong financial position due to your medical disability and related inability to work- and we do something tangible to help you. Again, old-fashioned values, and superior service. If we are successful in obtaining your award, our fee is governed by the Social Security Administration, and is 25% of any retroactive monies awarded you by the Social Security Administration, up to a maximum of $6,000. The retroactive period is defined as the Date of Entitlement (generally 5 months after the date of the onset of your disability) through the award date. Therefore, if your retroactive award is above $24,000, our fee is capped at $6,000. If your retroactive award is below $24,000, our fee is 25% of the retroactive award. For example, if you receive $10,000 in retroactive benefits, our fee would be $2,500 (25% of $10,000). We do not receive any portion of your ongoing monthly benefits. Our interests are entirely aligned with yours - to ensure you win, and to ensure you obtain the maximum benefit possible.

5. We are not distracted by "high profile" opportunities. At Quikaid, literally the only thing that matters is winning your disability case. It is not necessarily glamorous work, but we recognize and respect how important our work is to our clients - and we take our responsibility to you seriously. Unlike law firms that "dabble" in Social Security disability, we are "all in." Most law firms that practice Social Security disability do it "on the side" of their other areas of "focus" - such as worker's compensation, auto accidents, product liability, wrongful death, slip and fall injuries, bicycle accidents, personal injuries, family law and other tangential practice areas. We find it difficult (if not impossible) to imagine being effective at Social Security disability representation while being distracted by these truly unrelated areas - areas that probably generate more "profit for the firm" than your disability case. Unfortunately, for many claimants, they believe the awarding of a law degree confers some knowledge of Social Security disability matters - but it simply does not. There is literally not one class offered at law school that focuses on Social Security disability.

(b) what percentage of your firm's cases are Social Security disability cases?
(c) did you learn a lot about Social Security disability in law school?

(f) Will you pay for all of my medical records out of your own pocket? If not, who pays for them? Does my chance of winning go down if we don't have the medical records we need?
